COVID-19 Safety Protocol

(Updated: October 27, 2021)

At ATLML, two of our top values are fun and community. What we don’t value is community spread. For this reason, we want to do what we can to keep our students and families safe.

All of our teachers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. As cases continue to tick upward, we are also instating a teacher mask policy. Except when greeting students and demonstrating vocal techniques, our teachers will be masked up and will make their best attempt to maintain social distance whenever possible.

How can you do your part? Although we know it’s not always possible, we would encourage our students and families to make adjustments to increase the airflow where lessons take place in your home. This could be as simple as opening a window, running a fan, or having lessons out on the porch. Mask wearing on the part of the student is also highly encouraged. Lastly, if anyone in your household is feeling sick, PLEASE, let us know and we will cancel and refund your lesson if a makeup is not possible. We do not typically offer refunds for these types of cancellations, but, during these crazy times, we are going above and beyond our typical makeup policy in order to promote playing it safe.

Thank you all so much for your help and understanding and we navigate this lingering, suuuuper fun pandemic together. Music is a joy that we are happy to provide during these unusual times, and we want to make the experience as fun, safe, and convenient as possible for all of our students.

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

With appreciation,
